The Resource Mother visits the teen regularly from the first confirmation of pregnancy until the infant's first birthday. The Resource Mother helps the young woman solve day-to-day challenges, keep medical appointments, develop plans for the baby's care, stay in school or continue working, delay repeat pregnancies until adulthood, and take steps toward a solid future.
